Slot Volatility
RTP is the average. Volatility is the ride.
Four labels
This catalog uses low, medium, high, and very high. Starburst is low: frequent small hits, a modest max win. Sweet Bonanza and Gates of Olympus are high or very high: long gaps, then a feature that can pay a large multiple.
A very high label means you can play for a long time with little back. That is the design, not a broken game.
Match it to a limit
If the stake you can stand for 200 dead spins is too high, the game is too volatile for that bankroll. Lower the stake or pick a lower label. Do not raise the stake to “get the bonus back”.
